WHAT'S YOUR ROLE?
You’ll build relationships that matter, uncover opportunities others overlook, and close deals that move the business forward. Your impact will be visible from day one.
You will:
Search for and open new business opportunities in small and mid-sized companies, opening doors no one has tried knocking on yet
Lead the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract
Sell a modern SaaS solution that solves real problems in digitalization
Guide prospects with a consultative yet human approach
Build long-term trust with clients and partners - taking care of clients so they feel at home with us (or even better )
Maintain a clean, accurate CRM workflow (HubSpot)
Relay insights back to product so we build what clients truly need
Meet and exceed personal and team targets (we genuinely cheer for each other!)
THAT'S THE ROLE. WHO ARE YOU?
Track record of hitting or exceeding quotas (experience from SaaS or the stock/investment market is an advantage) Natural communicator - confident, engaging, and human. You can talk to a corporate team just as easily as to a founder who’s just starting out
Fluent in English and Czech (our team is mostly Czech)
Empathetic listener who adapts to the situation, pain points, and tone of voice of the other side. Assertive and able to ask all the right questions in an engaging way
Team player with a kind attitude and drive to constantly improve
Hands-on experience with CRM software (we use HubSpot) and multiple sales techniques (lead generation, cold calls, multichannel outreach, etc.)
Excited about data, new technologies, and AI
