WHAT'S YOUR ROLE?
You’ll stand at the very beginning of our sales pipeline - representing wflow, starting conversations, and helping us build long-term, trusting client relationships. Your impact will be visible from day one.
You will:
Search for and identify new business opportunities
Reach out to potential clients and create the first touchpoint - mostly via phone
Understand their needs and qualify opportunities
Present the benefits and value of our platform with a consultative yet human approach
Record all relevant information carefully into our CRM (HubSpot)
Share insights and feedback from the market with the product team
Meet and exceed personal and team targets (we genuinely cheer for each other!)
THAT'S THE ROLE. WHO ARE YOU?
You’re excited to grow in sales, proactive, and motivated by bringing real solutions to people.
You have: Previous experience with phone outreach
Proficiency in English and Czech (our team is mostly Czech)
Track record of hitting or exceeding quotas (experience in SaaS or the stock/investment market is an advantage)
Natural communication skills - confident, engaging, and human. You can talk to a corporate team as easily as to a founder just starting out
Team-player energy with a kind attitude and drive to constantly improve
Motivation driven by visible, tangible results
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (we use HubSpot)
Curiosity for data, new technologies, and AI
