- Actively reaching out to suitable candidates (e-mail/phone)
- Conducting interviews
- Providing timely feedback to candidates
- Collaborating with the team on various HR projects
- Daily communication in English
Požadujeme
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or in a similar role
- Strong communication skills and experience in customer service
- Excellent command of English (B2/C1) – daily working language
- German at a minimum level of B2
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with attention to detail
- Flexibility, proactivity, and ability to multitask
- Team spirit and willingness to support others
